Fish-shaped surimi made from eel, prepared artisanally with the best oil, so you can enjoy an unparalleled flavor and texture.
Eel in garlic oil is a typical Christmas dish, although it is consumed throughout the year in family meals or with friends. This dish has traditionally been made with fresh eel, but due to the high price that this fish has reached in recent years, a substitute called "surimi" was developed. This is obtained from the mixture of different fish to which the flavor, shape, and color of eels are given.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, eel surimi (white fish, water, modified corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, egg albumin, stabilizers (sodium alginate, carrageenans, locust bean gum), flavor 26CAG1, sugar, squid ink, preservative (E-202), white pepper), garlic powder, cayenne pepper. Made in Spain
Directions: Pour the contents into a soup tureen and heat in the microwave or over low heat, it can be served as a side dish with other dishes. Heat sterilized product. Once opened, consume immediately. If not, keep refrigerated for no more than two days.
Format: 220 gr jar. net weight.
