Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Jaén obtained from the best Picual olives from the "Los Badenes" family estate, harvested in November and December to preserve their properties and aromas, resulting in an oil of excellent quality. It comes in an elegant metal container of 2 liters in boxes of 4 units.
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright liquid at 20ºC, green color, and fruity aroma with notes of green leaf, grass, tomato, green banana, apple, and green almond. It is very balanced and pleasant on the palate.
Storage tips: Keep at room temperature, preferably not exceeding 25ºC, with the container closed and away from direct light.
Fruity with ripe green olive; on the nose, aromas of almond and apple stand out.
On the palate, it is very balanced, with very mild hints of bitterness and spiciness. Delicate and balanced.
