Cheese made with milk from goats of the Murcian-Granadine breed from the Altiplano of Granada. It is a cylindrical cheese that is drained by its own weight, which gives it a texture with eyes and creamy when cut. The paste is yellowish white and uniform, and the crust is rough and natural, so it can be eaten.
It has a slightly lactic and slightly fruity smell and aroma. The taste is very mild with a hint of salt.
The presentation of the product is packaged in paper, in pieces of about 400 grams.
