Quesos Aristeo

Quesos Aristeo is a small factory of handmade artisan cheeses, located in Castilléjar, in the center of the Altiplano de Granada, a land of mirror plaster and cave houses.We make cheese from Murcian-Granada goat's milk, which we collect directly from the farmer, to offer the consumer a local product based on sustainability. For this reason, our cheeses are packaged in paper and in PLA (ecological plastic of vegetable origin and compostable).
