Very soft cured goat cheese with more than two months of maturation with a layer of black pepper inside. Handmade and handcrafted in our small cheese factory in the north of Granada.
The layer of pepper inside is put by hand during the molding of the cheese and gives it during its maturation some very soft spicy touches without losing the flavor and the characteristic creaminess of our cheeses.
Its smell and taste will evoke our fields, our hidden water springs, our caves
