It is a mince containing 7% summer truffle and 50% mushrooms, in extra virgin olive oil and some sunflower oil, black olives, salt and pepper AND it is ready for consumption upon opening it from its glass jar.

The sauce is ready for consumption. One tablespoon per person of sauce for filling a French omelette, or add to the finishing of pastas, rice, pizzas, fish, toast, ... Once the can is opened, keep it in the fridge and make sure the oil covers the truffle sauce; otherwise top up with EVOO
