Product traceability: Galician mussels, FISH MARKETS, and products from the Burela fish markets (Lugo)
No additives and no "stuff": they like labels with 5/6 ingredients where the only thing accompanying the fish or seafood is a vegetable sauté or a garlic sauce in olive oil. Just like your grandmother would do!
Local products: From tomatoes to onions, they come from local gardens, specifically from their supplier "Hortas O Salnés".

Pairing: At Made in Spain Gourmet, we recommend enjoying them with toasted bread or Paul & Pippa crackers. And pairing them with a good Albariño or Verdejo white wine.
Store in a cool and dry place, not exceeding 35ºC. Once opened, the container should be kept in the refrigerator. It is recommended to consume within the next 24 hours.
