Barbuntin is a Albariño from vines over 30 years old located in O Rosa. Developed by Quinta de Couselo.

Rigorous control in the vineyard with manual harvest in boxes of 15Kg. Immediate transport to the winery where the grape is subjected to temperature control by its introduction in refrigerated chamber at a controlled temperature of 5 º.  Selection in vibrating table cluster to cluster. Destemming and maceration of whole grape before pressing the tyre for 1.5 hours. Separation of musts. Static Debourbage. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Ageing over fine lees for 3 months. Stabilization in stainless steel until reaching maturity sufficient for bottling in April 2017.

Babuntin Tasting Notes

The Barbuntin wine has a straw-yellow color, steely edging, clean and very bright.

On nose is intense, with fresh fruity aromas (apple, pear) subtle citrus, river stone, intensely floral with a good complexity, mineral, notes of aromatic fresh herbs.

In the mouth shows varietal character, with density, great freshness recordandonos The fresh fruit, notes herbaceas, long, tasty and good refreshing acidity
