Since 2012, Brasserie de Silly has been producing limited editions of Silly Scotch aged in oak barrels. Each year, the flavors are different, thanks to the acquisition of old barrels used to age the Scotch Silly. The 2024 edition is aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels. The aging lasts 4 months, adding more aroma and alcohol.
