Black Bilberry is also called Blueberry because of its bluish coloration at the optimum time of collection. The Bilberry provides a large amount of nutrients such as fiber, vitamin C and P, antioxidants, flavonoids and gallic acid among others. It is advisable to incorporate blueberries to our diet for its antioxidant properties, anti-infective, anti-inflammatory.
It can be consumed as an appetizer, in salads, muesli, with yogurt.
