The Negrillo is a variety of hairless wheat whose pigas blacken during maturation. It has been cultivated since ancient times in our Castilian lands
The whole wheat flour is made with selected grains of Negrillo wheat. They are milled in a stone mill and all the milling product is packaged for consumption. Whole wheat flour has higher amounts of vitamins, minerals and fiber than fine flour.
This flour is suitable for baking breads and pastry products.
