Natural sheep yogurt made with the milk from our churra sheep. It is obtained from fresh sheep's milk, lactic ferments, blueberry preparation, and 4% sugar.
The milk from this native breed from Castilla y León has a much lower production than that of other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk every day, between the morning and afternoon milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is of great quality due to its higher fat and protein content, as well as being richer in amino acids.
