To this end, together with his brother José Luis, he began to make his own wines with native varieties from the area. As a result they obtain some of the most fresh and elegant elaborations.Bruno Murciano Las Tintas is born in a vineyard located at 950 meters above sea level. These vines are planted on limestone and sandy soil in which they are practiced organic farming and respectful of the environment. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes of 10 kilograms. Then, the bunches are cooled in a cold chamber at a temperature of 2 ºC. In the winery, the Bruno Murciano Las Tintas grapes are left to macerate in cold for two days. Then they are crushed, destemmed and left to ferment with their skins in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts for a month. Finally the wine ages 9 months in French Burgundy barrels of 600 liters.
