Keep frozen until consumption (Tª≤-18ºC)
Cook thoroughly before consumption (Temperature higher than 75ºC in the center of the product)
Pan or fryer: add the Tenders directly frozen, and in small quantities, to the pan or fryer with plenty of very hot oil (175 ºC) and fry them until they are golden brown (2.5-3 minutes). If you want to reduce the oil content of the product, drain it well and place it on a paper towel for a moment.
Air fryer: add the Tenders directly frozen, and in small quantities to the basket, Set to a temperature of 180 ºC for approximately 10 minutes.
Oven: preheat the oven to 240 ºC and place the Chicken Tenders, directly frozen and preferably on parchment paper, on the tray at medium height and bake for 12-14 minutes. If the oven is convection, lower the temperature to 220 ºC. We recommend leaving the product on paper towels for 2 minutes before serving.
The possible product fractionation allows for multiple uses, preserving what is not used in a frozen state.
