Cardeña Dubbel was the second beer from Cardeña after the Tripel. It was brewed under the supervision of the monks of the Cardeña Monastery in Burgos and, therefore, the first Spanish trappist beer. It cannot bear the trappist logo since it is brewed outside the walls of the monastery.
