Cava Sutra.
Crafted by the Bodega Antonio Arráez winery with Denomination of Origin Valencia, this wine is made from 100% Macabeo grapes and 10% Chardonnay.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Altiplano Valenciano, where the Mediterranean and continental climates are perfectly combined. The clayey and north-facing soils make these grapes reach a very balanced ripeness, with a soft acidity and a great fruity character. The first fermentation is carried out at a low temperature (13-14ºC) to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas. Towards the end of November the tirage is carried out, and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle in the underground cellar at a constant temperature of 16ºC. Here it rests for 9 months in the best conditions of light, temperature and humidity.
Alcoholic Graduation: 12.5%
Serving Temperature: 4-5°C.
