This wine with Uclés D.O is made by Fontana wineries, a family winery with over thirty years of experience and tradition in the wine sector, their production focuses on wines, always with oak barrel aging, with Tempranillo as the base and the contribution of other varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah)
It is a wine made with grapes of the Tempranillo and Graciano varieties from a 400-hectare estate. Harvested and fermented individually in small stainless steel tanks. The aging of this wine takes place in new and semi-new French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
The ideal serving temperature for this wine is between 17 and 18ºC.
