100% Verdejo The winter of 2020-2021 had a warm character, with an average temperature around one degree above the historical average. There was a cold spell during the first half of January with the arrival of the storm Filomena, which brought a heavy snowfall and temperatures of -17ºC. The winter was humid and the spring very irregular, with March and April being very dry and warm, and the end of spring and beginning of summer having weak but repetitive precipitation, which forced us to take extreme care. Finally, the year ended with a precipitation of 450 mm, slightly above average. The plot located on the "Camino del Puerto" from which Campo Elíseo Verdejo is produced was harvested on September 30th.
