Blend of herbs and spices Tximichurri
This tasty mix with Argentine Ají is very popular in Argentina. Mainly used in barbecues. We love to use it daily on meats, chicken, or to dress any salad.
To make the Tximichurri sauce, all you have to do is mix olive oil, vinegar, and a tablespoon of the spice mix. It is advisable to leave the sauce in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, so it will gain body and flavor. Then we must pour it over the meat we want to cook.
Ingredients: Garlic flakes, thyme, oregano, tomato flakes, ancho chili, onion flakes, sumac, Aji flakes, parsley, salt.
