Gluten-free and lactose-free Classic Pandoro 600g by Piaceri Mediterranei. Without palm oil and with lactose-free milk. Original recipe with 16 hours of fermentation and select ingredients. Prepared with sourdough and a rich filling.

20% lactose-free butter, 14.5% rehydrated lactose-free milk, sugar, potato starch, natural yeast (water, rice flour, corn starch, salt, lactic ferments (lactobacillus)), corn starch, rice flour, grade A eggs, brewer's yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (rapeseed), humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; salt, flavor. Surface treated with alcohol. May contain traces of nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and soy.
