The 2018 vintage was exceptional. A stable climate gave us a cool spring and a mild summer with moderate temperatures allowing for optimal ripening of the grapes. Average temperatures were lower than normal, which delayed the harvest a bit and allowed for slower and more complex ripening. Patience in the vineyard allowed us to obtain very good qualities for our vintages, reaching perfect phenolic ripeness, exceptional color development and excellent organoleptic conditions. This 2018 has a good concentration of fruit with spicy aromatic compounds and excellent intensity of aromas, as well as interesting acidity
