The Connoisseur Box includes a whole Salerac, with a lean Cantal sausage, accompanied by its cheese grater, and the tarlatan conservation pouch.
The Salerac made only with Salers cow's milk has a minimum of 3 months of maturing in the pure Cantalou tradition. When tasted, exceptional flavours of liquorice and gentian burst in the mouth. Guaranteed 100% Salers breed milk, pride of our Auvergne pastures.
In order to clarify our offer we have decided to rename the Severac made with 100% Salers raw milk to SALERAC.
The format, the farm production, the maturing methods, and the taste remain the same, only the name changes to be even more authentic!
