The Picual oil has a strong personality, with more intensity and body. They are greener colored oils, intense fruity flavor, with more sensation of density and medium-high spiciness and bitterness. It is a variety highly appreciated for the precocity of its production, ease of cultivation and quality of olive oil obtained, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid

SENSORY PROFILE

Very intense fruity of green olive, and very complex, with green notes of apple, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. In the mouth, it is sweet entry, moderately bitter and something more spicy, all very balanced.
