Red prawns of size A, boiled with salted water and bay leaf.
Red shrimp is also known as Alistado or Rayado. It is a decapod crustacean. It usually lives in white and very muddy bottoms. It resembles shrimp and prawns. It usually eats small crustaceans and mollusks. Its abdomen is developed and usually flexible. Its head is elongated. Underwater they are transparent, but outside they turn red with a bluish touch on their shell, which sets them apart from the rest. It has very long antennae. And it carries the eggs on its head next to the heart. Females are usually larger and have coral on their heads, which gives them a strong sea taste. To differentiate between females and males, we must look for a white point at the end of the inner face of the head. Its color should be bright with shades.
