Corimbo is a wine made 100% with the Tinta del País grape (Tempranillo). It is a red wine with aging produced by Bodegas La Horra.
Bodegas La Horra is in the process of implementation, and although it is currently in its first life cycle, its wines have been recognized by international critics.
Corimbo has been made with grapes of the Tinta del País variety (100%), from Pagos de La Horra and Roa (Burgos), vineyards with an average age of 20 years. As for the elaboration, it was carried out in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks.
Lastly, it undergoes 14 months of aging in French and American oak barrels.
Corimbo is ideal to accompany legume stews and grilled meats.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
