Cruz de Alba Crianza 2012

Cruz del Alba crianza is a red wine crianza from the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It is a modern cut wine with a more fruity profile. The measured use of wood makes this wine a balanced and structured product.

Alba Cross is produced in small quantities and each bottle is numbered. For its elaboration is used the best fine red grape, which is cared for with agrohomeopáticos preparations following the biodynamic calendar and hand picked.

Fermentation in small deposits with manual bazuqueo.

Ageing in French oak barrels for 15 months following the use of "thirds": 1/3 of Wine in barrels of 2nd use, 1/3 in barrels of 1st use, 1/3 in new barrels.

After bottling, the wine stays between 8 and 10 months in the bottle.
