Wee Heavy brewed with the most delicious honey from the mountains of Toledo. With 4 types of malt and honey:

Wee Heavy

• Dark burgundy-brown colour, consistent beige foam
• Very aromatic, with touches of honey and caramel along with fruity from the fermentation.
• Medium body and easy passage, it is complex in taste, combining the bitter character of roasted malt and hops with the sweetness of honey, appearing very subtly a memory of coffee and chocolate.
• Would pair well with roast lamb, wild boar meat, osso buco, foie gras.
