The duck confit is to serve grilled in the oven so that the skin is golden and crispy.
Tasting tips:
Remove the confit from its fat after placing the box in a bain-marie for a few minutes. Heat 15 to 20 minutes in a traditional baking dish (th.6). Grill for 5 minutes, grill side skin.
Serve the duck confit with potatoes, cepes, or green beans sautéed in duck fat with a persillade; or cold, cut into strips with a curly salad seasoned with walnut oil.
