Duck Rillettes

Made in a natural way with shredded duck meat of excellent quality, cooked in its own fat and seasoned with salt and pepper. In addition, it is made with EVOO, which gives it an exquisite and juicier touch on our palate.

Despite being a not very well known gourmet product, its multiple uses mean that we are seeing it more and more often in the most innovative kitchens. It can be taken alone or it can be given an exotic touch with  vegetable jams or even with Cherry Balsamic Cream.
