Cellar beer made like vintage wines only once a year and at harvest time. Five malts, a hops of English origin, lots of love and no additives, colorings or preservatives. It usually contains sediment as it is not filtered, fermented in the bottle and not pasteurized.
Fermented at cellar temperature and subsequently matured in oak casks previously aged with Oloroso de Jerez wine for six months, where it comes into contact with the yeasts of the wine and undergoes a second subtle fermentation. Natural carbonation by third fermentation in the bottle resting in cages in the cellar for another six months.
