Made with Tempranillo and Graciano varieties from our vineyards in Laguardia, over 60 years old, harvested selectively in early October, with quota deliveries lasting up to 2 weeks. The grapes arrived at the winery in excellent condition, with color parameters and an alcohol content very suitable for wines with aging potential.
This wine has managed to extract the best qualities of the Tempranillo and Graciano varieties in harmony with the judicious choice of French oak, providing elegance, subtlety, and structure.
It is a highly complex wine where fruit and spice blend, fine and elegant, the result of a thorough selection of the raw materials used.
Tasting Note
Appearance: garnet cherry with fresh hints.
Aroma: fresh nose with aromas of good ripe black fruit (plums) and red fruit (raspberries), accompanied by soft balsamics (menthol and eucalyptus) on a chocolaty background.
Palate: good intensity on the attack, with a tasty acidity reminiscent of fresh plum skin. Broad development, “gives” the palate salty touches of fruit stone. Ends with rich memories of milk chocolate.
