Vega Sicilia Valbuena 5 º is a red wine from the denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero elaborated by Bodegas Vega Sicilia.
Valbuena, is the purest expression of red fino (Tempranillo) in Vega Sicilia. The assembly of varieties that make up this magnificent wine has in the fine Tinto the grape predominant in a very majority. The other variety used is Merlot, which will participate to a greater or lesser extent depending on the vintage.
Alion is of concentrated color, dark, but with the luminous and seductive edge, typical of its few years of youth but seasoned in the wood. The aroma is revealed with a rare intensity in the wines of the denomination Ribera del Duero. The torrefactados nuances of the grape and the toast of luxury wood appear. To the palate, the sweetened tannins of the concentrated black fruit are combined with the sweet and creamy tannins of the French oak.
