This extra artisanal rhubarb and walnut jam is made by our friends at Au temps d'Eugénie, following a collection of recipes from the 19th century. Specialized for many years in the traditional manufacturing of gastronomic products such as jams, preserves, and nectars, their products are only made with high-quality ingredients!
The jams are prepared in copper cauldrons and stirred with a wooden spoon. This is a "grandmother's" method without any preservatives or colorants. At the end of the cooking process, walnuts from our own farm are incorporated.
