The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is a traditionally made oil. Obtained from olives from the region of the southern countryside of Monturque and Montilla in Cordoba, cultivated in a traditional way and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level below 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which provide great health benefits.
You can use it both in stews and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
