This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Organic and Early Harvest from Oro La Senda. It is one of those oils with body, emerald green color and certified organic production, with Designation of Origin Campo de Montiel and quality seal from Campo y Alma of Castilla La Mancha. It is a Coupage 70% Picual variety and 30% Cornicabra variety.

With limited production, it is one of the most exclusive EVOOs in Spain. The favorite of more than 20 Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain.
