The maceration we carry out is completely natural, using purple garlic from Cuenca for its flavor potency and quality.
After peeling it, we immerse it in our extra virgin olive oil, so that its artisanal maceration process begins.
Once the product reaches its optimal flavor and is approved by our quality department, we proceed to remove the garlic. Leaving a residue-free product that will remain unchanged in flavor and intensity.
It is an oil with intense garlic flavor and aroma, does not repeat, and its flavor disappears shortly after consumption.
Due to the natural process it undergoes, the extra virgin olive oil remains analytically unchanged (verified in laboratories with available analytics).
