The EVOO in this bottle is of great quality. It is obtained from a selection of olives harvested in the region of the Sierra de Gata, located northwest of the province of Cáceres. Where they are selected only the best olives that guarantee the obtaining of an extra virgin olive oil of great quality. The olives must be at their optimum ripeness, clean, healthy and without apparent external defect
This EVOO is characterized by:
