This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Organic and Premium from Oro La Senda. It is one of those oils with body, emerald green color, and certified organic production, with Designation of Origin Campo de Montiel and quality seal from Campo y Alma of Castilla La Mancha. It is a Coupage 70% of the Cornicabra variety and 30% of the Picual variety.
