Finca Viñoa Embotellado Tardío is a white wine made by the Pazo Casanova Winery and Vineyards in the Ribeiro D.O. and is a blend of Treixadura (90%), Albariño, Godello and Loureira.
SIGHT: Beautiful yellow colour, steel edge, clean and very bright.
NOSE: In a still glass it is elegant and intense, with notes of yellow flowers, delicate notes of peach jam, apple pie, subtle aromas of toasted almond, sweet aromatic orange, fine aromas of aromatic herbs (marjoram, lemon balm) of high intensity and elegance.
MOUTH: Distinguished and elegant entry, opening to citrus notes of orange peel, aromatic herbs and fresh stone fruits (plum, mirabelle) mineral, rich in nuances, intense.
FOOD MATCHING: Seafood, fish and meat carpaccios, tuna and beef tartars, grilled and baked seafood, baked fish, fusion cuisine, fatty meats.
