Soak the textured soybeans until tender. If you want to speed up this process, you can cook it a little. Drain it well with a strainer and it will be ready to add to any recipe. Keep the soybeans in a cool, dry place away from heat. Once finished, recycle the container. The fine texturized soybean is used in countless recipes, either to replace meat derivatives, for example in hamburgers, or to complement them. 100% recommendable to add it to pasta as a substitute for minced meat.
