Five grain pepper

It is a blend of 5 different peppers: Green, White and Black Pepper, Allspice and Pink Pepper. The first three are fruits of the same plant, which have a different colour due to the treatment during harvesting. Allspice tastes like cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon, and pink pepper is the fruit of a tree of Brazilian origin, which resembles pepper and whose taste is very peculiar.
