Gin Kinobi Kyoto

Gin Kinobi Kyoto is a Japanese gin made by the Japanese Kyoto distillery. Kinobi, which means "the beauty of the Seasons", is made from Japanese botanists from Kyoto Prefecture to create its dry style.

Botanists comprise the Juniper berry, the root of the Hinoki, the chips of the Japanese cypress, the yuzu shell, the lemon peel, the green peppercorn (green Sanshō), the Kinoe, the ginger, the bamboo leaf, the red leaf of the shiso and the green tea of the Gyokuro of Uji.
