Ginger flour (zingiber officinale) 100g

Pulverized root. Pancreas stimulant, digestive, antibacterial. Circulatory (thins the blood). Decongestant for the respiratory system. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Recommended method of use for infusions: Pour the contents of a tablespoon into boiling water and remove from heat. Cover the container and let it steep for 8 to 10 minutes. If they are roots, bark, or seeds, boil for 2 to 4 minutes over low heat. Strain and sweeten to taste.
