GOLBELSBURG RIESLING TRADITION 2014 75CL

The wines in Schloss Gobelsburg's Tradition range are made in the most artisanal way possible, trying to recover the wise mastery of the monks who made them in the past, according to the old winemaking methods, with fermentations without temperature control

This Tradition is made from Riesling grapes from a vineyard of about 6 ha, with vines of 20-40 years of average age and yields of 40 hl/ha, with fermentation and aging in Austrian oak (Manhartsberg oak).

A wine that surprises with its fruitiness, both on the nose and in the mouth, despite its vinification by traditional methods, with a long and slightly salty finish, and great potential.
