- 1 unit of whole ventresca with skin 525 g. The only whole ventresca of Northern bonito with skin on the market. It has a powerful flavor far superior to the rest of the ventrescas. It is a meat of magnificent quality, swimming in a golden olive oil base, with a subtle taste accentuated by the mellowness of the meat. Bonito fish caught using traditional fishing methods, product made only during the fishing season (not frozen).
- 1 unit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in branch. Organic extra virgin olive oil in branch of the Arbequina variety. A true freshly squeezed bio olive juice. Made in the Artajo olive mill (Fontellas, Navarra) exclusively with organic olives intermingled with the Arbequina variety from their own estate and harvested at the end of October 2021. To make 1 liter of extra virgin olive oil, 8 kg of olives have been crushed.
- 1 unit of artisan mini chapata. Toasts made of artisan wheat chapata bread. This chapata bread cut into small dry slices perfectly complements our foie gras, pâtés, soft cheeses, and is an essential for all kinds of appetizers.
