The 2021 vintage is clearly cooler than 2020, with maximum and minimum temperatures below historical averages. Some late frosts also led to lower yields in Mendoza province. Rainfall was high, with almost 100 mm in February alone, compared to an average of 250 mm per year for the last ten years. Fortunately, we had adapted to these delicate weather conditions, announced with an already wet November, by removing leaves and thinning the last grape varieties and in our plots reserved for our premium wines.
