Layac coffees have created for you this signature blend (60% specialty Arabica and 40% specialty Robusta) with a composition adapted to the seasonality and harvest, offering a consistent aromatic profile.

The Robustas selected for this blend come from small producers or cooperatives and meet traceability and taste quality criteria.

Layac is, first and foremost, a family adventure led with passion by Céline and Julien. It was during a trip to Mexico that they discovered coffee roasted over a wood fire. A true gustatory love at first sight for them, which led them a few years later to create their own wood-fired roasting workshop in Vitrac, near Sarlat in the Dordogne region.

Layac exclusively roasts specialty beans, organic or from sustainable agriculture. The wood used for roasting is local and certified from sustainably managed forests. Layac is also committed and donates a portion of its profits to a foundation that supports research and innovation to improve the daily lives of people with motor disabilities.
