It comes from the crossbreeding of white pigs with pigs of the Duroc breed, which gives it that infiltrated fat. After being seasoned and stuffed, they spend a minimum of three months in drying rooms until they reach their optimal level of maturation. Once they reach that point, they are vacuum-sealed to maintain all their characteristics until they reach your table.

Duroc pork loin is made with lean meat and its flavor is achieved thanks to spices and seasonings. Since it is vacuum packed, we recommend taking the product out of the packaging about 24 hours before consumption. We also recommend consuming it at room temperature. For this reason, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and consuming it within 13 months from the date of production.
