This outdoor life and a careful feeding give rise to pieces of the highest quality. Following our history and family tradition, during the slaughtering season we produce a top quality acorn-fed ham. Cured in our drying sheds in Santa Olalla del Cala for more than 36 months. Now, this delicatessen is hand-cut by our master ham makers so you don't have to worry about anything. Tips for optimal tasting
Before opening the bag we strongly recommend that it is at room temperature (between 20 and 25º would be optimal). A little trick is to pass the case through lukewarm water in order to lose the cold resulting from the conservation. Afterwards, remove the slices and carefully separate them one by one and then place them on the plate. Ideally, wait about 5 minutes for the product to air completely and recover its natural aromas. Once the sachet has been opened, we recommend that it be consumed at the same time
