Heather honey is born from the nectar of the Erica Arborea plant. Its texture is thicker than traditional honey, it has a dark brown color with reddish tones and a very intense and persistent aroma
Our careful extraction process is very simple to respect and preserve the properties and flavor of the honeys as the bees produce it: We collect the honeycombs in the hives We extract it by cold centrifugation We deposit it in the drums and give it 15 days of rest We pack it and label it ready for you The authentic honey, artisan, pure, does not need anything else! All our honeys are analyzed in laboratory and are extracted in our bottling machine certified by health with the pertinent controls
